Report of the 2007 Amanadehyee Congress - Recommendations
Tuesday, April 3, 2007
Due to the financial and logistic problems faced, the Executive
Committee and the CPC have suggested an endowment fund be set up which
will take it source from fixed annual contributions from all sister
associations of Amanfoo-Adehyee and also parts of proceeds from all
subsequent congresses to purchase a bus. This bus would run
commercially to generate funds for all the branches of the Association
and for subsequent congresses.
All delegates must be prepared to pay full cost for all congress
levies and all congress programmes more particularly during seasons
when sponsorship packages are extremely difficult in securing.
All members should be proud and committed to the activities of the
Association to lifting high the enviable flags and banners of
Amanfoo-Adehyee and for that matter Prempeh College and Yaa Asantewaa
Girls' Secondary School.
Sponsorships should not only be sought from Senior Amanfoo and Adehyee
but also should be extended to as many as all viable corporate bodies
as possible.
Congress programmes should be very educative and entertaining simultaneously.
The Executive Committee and the Central Planning Committee should
always forge a closer link between the senior Amanfoo and Adehyee in
the corporate world not only during the congress but also before and
after the great inter-tertiary event.
